Pivacy Curtain

We have a 2007 3400rl, and as most know the shower, tolet, sink and bed are all in the same room. Has anyone come up with a privacy curtain so that when guests are up they can use the bathroom, or one can take a shower while the other is still sleeping. We have been to several outlets the past few days and can not come up with a solution that we feel comfortable with. I had some sort of flex track in mind that would have a curtain, simalar to the ones used in hospital rooms.

We have the 2007 2980RL and it has the curtain to separate the bedroom from the bath - I kinda thought all of them did except the SA models, of course!

If you have the shower instead of the tub version, you can actually run a track from between the shower and wardrobe, swing it in an arch, and end on the wall between the bathroom door and vanity.

If you have the tub version, there is not enough room that I could see between the tub enclosure and wardrobe to store the curtain. Because the wardrobe is part of the slide, there is really no place to store the curtain without interference.

Somebody may have a better plan, but I could not figure it out. Just one of those small sacrafices for big gain.

I have a 3400RL, 2006, with the bathtub/shower. I have added a folding accordian door between the shower enclosure and the wardrobe. The door extends across the room and ends at the outside corner between the sink and the lav. door. I cut the crown molding over the wardrobe square to the wardrobe wall. The door is installed right next to the shower stall. The door's 'drop' is about 64" which has the door stop just above the tub enclosure.

I can email photos of my modification.

The wife made a fabric curtain and strung it up on a metal wire she got at IKIA (I think that's how you spell it). Runs from the side wall edge by the shower the the wall of the bathroom by the light switches ('06 3400). Never had any problem with it.

I just installed a extendable shower rod for $10.00 just turn until is is tight, from corner of bathroom wall to just over the mirror shirt closet by the shower, works great. Then I picked up a pair of tab curtains at walmart for $15.00. I leave the rod up and when I have company I put the curtains on. That way it does not interfere with slide and is very pretty also. Curtain size is 80"W X 63" L. Hope this helps

The extendable shower rod worked great. Thanks for the suggestion Diane and Dennis.
