How Do I Remove this plank?

I am getting ready to install new vinyl plank flooring so first i had to remove the old plank flooring in the kitchen. Everything came out just fine with no problem except for the one under the kitchen slideout. The other slideout was, obviously, no problem. It seems very solidly attached. To the right it looks like it might even be glued down.
Any ideas how to get this one out?

Will you be able to see it? If it is under the slide edge when the slide is out I would leave it. I think you need to make sure that the transition from the old flooring to the new flooring is smooth/same height. I have never done this - I am guessing!

I'm not sure what I'm actually looking at in the photo. It needs a little distance to give a perspective where this is actually located.

Is this the actual slide floor?

I'm kind of guessing too. You are right. you won't be able to see it. since it's a floating floor, I didn't think it would be permanently attached.

If you really want to remove/replace it, I think you will need to jack up the slide box from the outside to raise it enough to pry the plank off the OSB substrate. Short of removing the slide completely, I don't know of another way to get at it.
