High Country Changes?

We are considering a 353RL. One dealer said Keystone was completely changing the high country in September so we should wait and see what the changes are. Other dealers do not agree that they are completely changing it. Does anyone know what changes are coming?

What I was told earlier this year by a Montana rep was that they were getting rid of the wide body and making units longer. Most discussed topic was the need for a wider bedroom slide to accommodate king beds easier. Try calling keystone customer service and see what they can tell you.

Modela2007, the dealer presentation at the factory is the week before rally. I think if you wait and ask again after the rally, we'll have a much better idea what is happening. Right now, my guess is you won't get a comment from Keystone until after they brief the dealers. Just MHO.

Those changes have already been made. The early 2015 models were 100" wide with queen slides. The later 2015 models and 2016 models are 96" with king slides. We had ordered ours from RVWholesalers and expected the early model and got the later one. There were a couple of changes that we did not like, but most of them were better. Specifically the 8 lug wheels with 6k axles. Some of the trim is better, I our opinion. Most of them did grow 13 inches though. I don't know what changes are in the mix for the new models, but I wouldn't expect to know anything about them until they start coming out in March and April next year. They shouldn't make any changes to the ones that are coming out now for the rest of the year.
