Portble Water Softener

What are members using when it comes to portable water softeners ??. I will not need it until this winter. But we are starting to look now.

Thanks

We put an RO system in ours. It gives us soft water and very clean water.

We have used an On the Go for the last several years and are happy with it.

We have a Watts RV Pro 10,000. It is similar to the On The Go softener. Works very well, fairly easy to recharge with table salt, which we have only needed to do every 3 months.

I used on the go for a couple of years in Az and NM. got tired of recharge every seven days. Still would be hard on the fixtures if I didn't have it.

We bought a FLO-PUR RV_Flow-10,000 at the Tampa RV show in 2013. We have 2 seasons on it in FL and works great. It lasts about 10 days between regens.

Bought a unit from a private dealer that makes up units while at the Fall Rally in Goshen. Have used it for over 2 years now and works great. Regen it every two weeks or so and great to have. Messed up this last winter and forgot to drain the water filter and broke the bowl but replacing it with a standard whole house water filter and will be using it again this coming season and winter. Didn't go anywhere last winter do to having a knee replaced. Since you don't need it till this coming winter if you come to the Fall Rally this September I'll bet you can get info on the system there.
