Water Under Hot Water Heater

Good morning folks, so I have hot water but I noticed under the hot water heater is a little bit of water. I need to know how to check this out. Some have said pull it out and drain it, oh yes many questions. Really need a step by step list on how to check. Also running on electric

Where is the little bit of water? Inside the coach or outside? If it's outside then the pressure relief valve might need to be replaced...or your water is getting too hot. If it's inside the coach then I would check the water line connections to make sure they are well seated. If the water heater is several years old it could be starting to leak due to corrosion, which means it's time to replace it.
