Hopefully I make sense, but exposed wires on spring attached to bottom side only activate the two lights inside the slide with on/off switch…. Nothing for a wall outlet, at least on our unit. In this day and age I’m sure a person could use other wireless options for a set of lights inside slide, as that is all that wire is used for, it is really awesome to see how you all have done such nice work, with pics and all, of your mods hopefully will see more

That's correct, they are only for the lights. On ours there was enough slack in the wires that I was able to move them close to the wall and put in a gap left in the subfloor and then hide behind molding.

There are other posts with this type of mod using that space as an office and I think one with a drum set for a music practice area. Try a search for living room mods or upgrades.
