Why is it? .... this drives me batty!
I occasionally get an E-mail from some company (doesn't matter what it actually is) for some miracle medical solution that I'd like to find out more about. OK, the email did grab my attention. I know, I know I got on some company's "hit list" but hey .... this one is something I actually might be interested in.
All I want to know now is .... what's their solution and what's the cost?
So, I have no choice to but click the link that take me to a 30 minute video. They spend the first several minutes stating how many people have this problem. Then next they go through testimonials from people who have this problem. Then they go through this VERY elongated explaniation of their take for the CAUSE of the problem. And then more personal testimonials how the cost of the product was so well worth it ... at any cost.
Finally, they get down to the last 30 seconds and tell you what the product actually is, and the cost and to click yet another link.
So I click on the link and it takes you to yet another stupid 30 minute video saying virtually the same thing. Finally, after an hour of listening to the videos, I finally get to order information. Yes, I'm interest. Yes, would work for me. Yes, I a candidate.
But why in the world don't they just present that up front. If I'm interested in a miracle cure, if I'm desperate, I'll try it! Why put me through all this anguish. Just send me the stupid product. That's all I want! Sheesh!
Anyone else ever feel that way?

Yes it is infuriating! I feared what happened to you, so if I have to play a video longer than 3 minutes I just cancel back out. If it is really good it will appear on some website somewhere!

If I'm curious enough about whatever it is then I have opened their video on one tab, let it run while do other things or browse other stuff, then come back to it later to see what they're trying to sell me.

If it requires watching a video I am unlikely to do it. If I do click on the video link and it is longer than 5 minutes, I cut it off and move on to something else no matter how much I may have been interested. I watched a couple of those long videos years ago and ended up so disappointed I vowed to never do it again.

If their "cure" is so great that they must resort to this kind of tactics to sell it, it is likely not worth a tinker's dam. Just my 2 cents.

Yeah - it’s the same as those life changing supplements on TV. I must be getting bad batches.
Edit: i need to get some of those miracle pills for brain health but i keep forgetting to order them.

I'm with you everybody....seems they would sell a lot more if, after a brief explanation, they would say what it is and how to get it.

Why not just Google whatever it is and go directly the website for that product? Skip all the clickbait links and possible malware getting into your machine..

Yes you are crazy. You’ll be lucky if your computer doesn’t have a virus. I would not send any e-mails to family and friends before you get it checked out. If you do, theirs could also get the virus.

They lose me if I have to watch a video... especially if it's locked so I cannot scroll thru to the end.

Hope is a powerful message
Unfortunately....its because they are a fraud - and have to hide themselves legally by having 3 or 4 company names to actually sell the product.
Baking soda in your ears...gummies for neuropathy...
As I have to explain constantly to my wife - who is so looking for a miracle...
If any of this stuff worked - your doctors would be calling you....so happy to cure you and make some $$

I've done that before on something I'm interested in, and the results are the same. The only option that comes up on their web site(s) is their video.
I suppose the long, long preliminaries in their videos are an attempt to persuade you that their miracle cure is the "ultimate" cure that big pharma will block their product eventually because it IS such a miracle cure and big pharma won't get the profits is the public find out and starts using their product (um.... yea .... sure!)
No, I've not fallen for their antics at all, and I've not spent a penny. Discussed it with my doctor, and even he admitted there's no real solution. He recommended a specialist, but doing my own research, even "specialists" don't have true answers either. Meanwhile, it's something I just continue to live with.
I've talked to other people with a similar problem. They all say the same thing, just learn to live with it.

Simply put, all and I mean ALL offers that arrive in an email or text are just snake oil at best. At worst it's a ploy to get you to click a link so they can install a malware virus on your computer. I won't even open one and just delete them.
Never and I mean NEVER click on a link in one of these.
I got an offer from Visible cell service last week that really looked authentic. Upon closer look I saw the name was Visiblle. If I had clicked the link who knows what I might have gotten. When I get an offer from a business that I really do work with, I never click the link. I open a new tab and go straight to their website my normal way. The first line of defense is to look at the email address it's coming from. It usually is an alphabet of letters and numbers from a foreign country.
Bottom line is nothing you buy from any of these offers will ever work. If it did it would be on the shelves at Walmart or Amazon.

It looks like these companies try to invent a new disease for them to cure. I never click on their cure. If there was an instant cure for what ales me my doctor would be happy to tell me about it.
