New Member! 2021. 3121RL. Looking for info on axles, wheel bearing, leaf spring and brakes maintenance! How many miles before maintenance? And what needs to be done? Thanks Rich

Richard,

First - welcome to the forum!

I recommend you pack wheel bearing every year. Do not use the grease zero method but pack them by hand. This allows you to actually inspect the bearing and the brakes. If you rig had disk brakes you can likely extend the wheel bearing to once every two years.

Lube your wet bolts in the suspension twice a year. You may have to take the weight off the tires to get all of them to take great. Easy to do with you level up system.

Check the torque on your suspension bolts at least once a year.

There is a Dexter Axle Manual in the files section.
Page 84 has the maintenance schedule.

Thanks everyone! PS does anyone know if it is alright to knee on the slideouts for cleaning purposes? Or to weak? I weight around 200 lbs. give or take a few pounds��. Thanks Rich

Ya the slide roofs are fairly substantial. I wouldn't put a lounge chair up there but you can kneel on it.
