"And The Winner Is"
Those of you that came to the Great Lakes Rally at Alice Springs RV Park and Resort a couple years ago, have seen our Grand Daughter Susie sing with out band. Last night she entered the 10 and under Citrus County Karaoke Contest, at 7 years old, and took all honors. She knocked it out and was in no competition with the other 10 contestants. We are so proud of her we had trouble getting our heads in the door when coming home. When they announced her name her mouth flew open and she said What??? GrandPa what do I do now? I said go back up there and get your trophy and $50.00. Her excitement made all the effort worth while, of our prompting her and GrandMa's day of sewing to make her dress. What a wonderful conclusion to a County Fair excursion. Happy Trails, Steve and Susie
