Furnace won't light

Having problems -- had two days of heavy rain in south FL -- refrig won't ignite on gas -- now trying to use furnace -- fans comes on for about a minute then turns off. Furnace will not ignite -- could these problems be related -- is there a fuse or something that needs checked or replaced??

On road to north west florida with grandkids and it will be cold -- don't want to freeze my babies!!

thanks
