Fireplace

I have a 2005 Montana 3400 RL it has the fireplace and it works great and looks good but can't figure out why they didn't put a fan in it f to push the heat out have looked everywhere for a fan switch

No fan on my 2006, just radiant heat off the element. Use the fireplace all the time on cool mornings and evenings to knock the chill off.

I think the fan switch came in latter models. On ours the fan will come on with the same switch that turns the heat on.

Nope, no fan on the 2005 models just radiant heat.

On our 2007 there is a panel on the bottom of the fireplace (blends in well and hard to detect)that flips down. There are controls there for all of the functions. Check with the manufacturer.

I kind of misspoke. Ours has a fan but not an independent fan switch. When the heating element is on the fan is running.
