Lippert leveling system
Before we traded in our 3750 last month, I purchased a 2 pack of the BAL X Chock. Does anyone chock the tires while using the Lippert leveling system. These chocks are still new in the box, and if I don't need them I will see what I can do to get some money for them.

We still chock. If you are on enough of an angle, the trailer can slide on the pads. Also need them when hooking and unhooking to minimize movement.

I do not chock between the tires anymore, just the rubber chocks that lay on the ground.

new to the leveling system and 5th wheel but every you tube video I've watch on hooking up says to chock the tires, so I do just in case, better safe than sorry I think.

Even if this has been asked and answered before, it's a good question.

I agree with Bingo. I also put 2 x 10 x 12 pieces of wood under pads. Makes unit more stable and NO sliding.

On really steep parking spots I use some standard chocks, but usually I don't use any. The between the tire ones were great until we added IS and after that they weren't any good.

After getting the new Montana with the Level-ups I no longer chock the wheels. Had the X-chocks for between the wheels from our previous Montana but didn't need them any longer so I gave them away.

Word of caution: If you use the X-Chocks prior to leveling, once level they will fall out, if you re-tighten them just REMEMBER to lossen them before retracting the jacks. Because once the weight comes back down on the axles, they get pushed together and will make getting those X-Chocks out a real pain. Went through that a couple of times after the Level-Up mod to our Montana.

I do not bother at all. I am NEVER on that much of a slope where I am afraid the trailer will slide on 6 pads that are pressed into the ground so tight my wheels hardly touch it seems. If you are parking where slope is that much of a problem, you really need to look for better spots! There is some serious friction happening between those pads and the ground underneath them.
I challenge someone to hook their truck up and try dragging it with them down. I would sure never, ever try that! Something would bend before the trailer would slide I'm sure.
In any wind that might push my grounded trailer, I'm going to be a lot more afraid of getting tipped over than slid over the ground.
