Carbon Monoxide detector

My Carbon Monoxide detector is beeping once every minute or so.
I've replaced the batteries and vacuumed the unit but it still beeps.
No smell and I can't find the manual. Any suggestions?
Thx in advance, Jack

Mine did that in my 2008 3400RL and I can't remember what I had to do for the fix. Either the batteries I put in were weak or I did not replace all of them. I just remember it was something simple. Sorry I can't be more help.

How old is the unit? Had to replace my detector, as it was doing the same thing. I think they have a use life.

Here is what the book says since your post was vague. Red led on for 2 seconds, then 4 short beeps...alarm condition. Red led flashes and unit beeps every 30 seconds, devive not working properly. Led flashes twice, horn beeps twice every 30 seconds...end of life. 1 chrip every 30 seconds, low battery. This is for the Costar model 9RV supplied in my unit. If your model is different, you should be able to find info online...or just replace it. John

Some units have a built in circuit that will start beeping when the unit has reached it life cycle. If your unit is over 5 years old you need to replace it.

The one in our present Monty only lasted 2 years. Go ahead and replace it...do not take a chance!

The good news is that for not very much money you can get a unit that's far superior than the original one.

I bought one from Mac the fire guy. The ones he sells are rated for RV's and his prices are good. He does demos at Q circle of Montanas.
