SCREEN DOOR CROSS BAR
Has anyone installed a screen door cross bar on their Monty. If so where did you purchase it & is a a single bar or multiple bar item.
I bought one at CW. It looks like it mounts on the narrow channel of the door. Will that be stable enough to hold it.

We have the multiple bar camping world model on both doors. Been on for two years now without a problem. We also have the lower screen protectors as well. All seem to be good products

I bought the single bar type from CW also a couple years ago. Sturdy enough.

We have one on each of our doors and use it all the time. Our exterior doors have gas shocks on them so when pulling a door shut, there's a fair amount of resistance pull on the bar. We use the bar for the screen by itself all the time but try to avoid pulling the 2 doors when coupled.

We installed 2 of the single ones on our door. One above the slider and one below so they are easy to grab as you climb the stairs.

We bought one from CW for our first trailer. Once installed, the DW says that this should be a mandatory item in all trailers.
Fast forward a few years to two months ago, when we got Monte. DW notices that there wasn't a bar. Not happy. Quickly went to the Internet and found the best price from an Amazon dealer. Got it and installed it, and once again DW says that these things should be mandatory in all trailers.
That, my friend, is an endorsement.
