City Water connection will not pressurize

I am hoping someone might give me another idea to try with our Montana 2980RL fifth wheel.

Last night, we had a freeze while on city water, and this morning our city water stopped working. Fresh tank with pump still works.

Since then, (It's 60 degrees now) our city water is just a trickle. I've done the following, and am running out of ideas.

1. Checked hose. Not frozen at all
2. Plenty of water pressure at the hose
3. Backflow valve seems to be working fine on city water connect at RV. No blockage at the screen.
4. System is holding pressure, no leaks
5. Running on the Fresh tank works fines. Depressurized all and re-pressurized.

The city water connection seems to get to pressure, but when you run water, it quickly backs to a trickle. This is at all sinks/shower/toilet.

Thanks in advance for any suggestions.

Let the city water run free for a while to make sure you have noice breaking off and causing a blockage. Then so the same in the 5er. Let it run free a while you may just have some blockage that needs to be cleared.

Try a different supply hose, I had a frozen hose separate inside. the inner lining and outer casing separated and the inner acts like a flapper blocking the water flow. Too long an explanation for the moment, just give a different hose a try... Dave

The problem was that the back flow valve had come apart (spring was laying several feet from the water connection). We put it all back together and everything works great now.

Thanks for all the suggestions!
