I tried to put a picture of our 5th wheel on my signature in the profile page and I can't get it to work. I put the address of where my picture is. What am I doing wrong?

It has to be in image code format such as is described here:
http://www.montanaowners.com/AddingPhoto.html
You can use photobucket.com in place of Tinypic also. Some recent posters have experienced hi-jacked links with Tinypic. Your call.

I did put it in image format and nothing happen. I read the directions on the MOC page, so obviously I'm doing something wrong. Oh well...don't need the picture on there anyway I guess

If you want it as part of your signature, once you have the picture stored on Photobucket or tinypic, copy the Image code into your signature box. It allows you to preview it so you can make sure it is working. The url has to be surrounded by the bracketed IMG code as described for it to work. If you are using photobucket, you can CTRL C (copy) the bottom most url and directly copy (CTRL Z) or right click and PASTE into your signature box. The signature box is located at your personal profile page accessed from the top menu. If this doesn't help, PM me and I will supply detailed instructions. The problem with trying to show you exactly how to do it in the forum itself is that it posts the pictures rather than the image code.

There you go, at least you have a starting point. As a suggestion, also include your rig and Tow vehicle details, in the event that you post questions, everyone on the forum will know the specifics involved. The text goes in the same area that you used for the Image code for the pic. Glad you got it figured out, now you can add all kinds of cool stuff in there as well!!

That should be interpreted as a secret subliminal message that there is only one true forum that is worth it's salt and your interest!! Go MOC!!

Well cmawendy, I see a picture of the left rear angle of your Monty on top of a picture of the right rear side, then a brief description of your Monty Model, and of your TV. Give it time, your signature may get updated over time.
I have seen that someone's signature is updated on some topics and not on others but I don't follow it closely to see if it ever gets updated. Maybe an admin can shed some light on why and how this works.

Are you sure that you didn't inadvertently un-check the Include Signature or un-check the Check here to include your profile signature. box?
I have un-checked the Check here to include your profile signature. and therefore my signature will not appear.

Please note the individuals involved with this sort of thing. It is not normal. The ONLY time you should see something like that would be if the person updated their signature while you were online. Anyone online while someone is updating their signature will continue to see the old signature info until they update the page they are reading.
If you are seeing something else then we'd appreciate details so we can correct if necessary.
Thank you,
RVWheels

Nice pictures! If you would rather have them side by side instead of one above the other, you can go into your signature block and delete the you probably hit and put in a space instead. It doesn't matter to me which way you put it but thought I'd pass along this option.
