Switch cover
One of my 110 light fixtures has stopped working and I am pretty sure the problem is at the switch. All of the switch covers in our stick house had 2 screws to remove them. The switch and outlet covers in the Montana don't have any screws. What is the secret to removing them?

If I remember, just carefully pry them off with a butter knife. They are fastened at the top & bottom. Push the cover back on when done.

They do pop off. Carefully. Our brand new rig had a faulty switch for the fan, and we had to do the same thing.

Where do you suppose they're made at? Maybe China?

OK, I got the switch cover off but the switch isn't like anything I have seen before and I couldn't find anything like it at the 3 hardware stores I took it to.
Where can I get one?
Second problem: One of the funky little supports that holds the switch cover snug fell behind the wall. Any ideas on where I can find something like that?

I would think that you could find a switch & cover at any RV store.

You could probably get at home depot or lowes.

Tried Home Depot, Lowe's and OSH. No one had seen one like it.

I recently had to check out one of these things and ended up dropping one of the hold on flanges inside the wall! But my local RV place had plenty of them. I had to buy the whole device you can't get just the flange. Really easy once you figure out how it is done.

Dennis,
When you say "my local RV place" are you talking about Camping World or a local dealer?

Hi Grant,
Got mine at Stier's RV which is where we bought the unit. But there is a CW just as close and I suspect they'd have them too. But I have not checked with them.
