Window sliding down

The window in our entry door keeps sliding down. Anyone know what the solution is?

Check the screws that hold the frame in tight, are they tight?

Yep, sure do know. The window is held UP by two little protruding nibs. Yours are broken.

Ours broke too, we feel they broke because we slammed the door all the time, arms full of gear or yorkies, slam it with your hip.

WRONG!! Big mistake.

Solution, take window out, FLIP it over, there are two more nibs on the top. Reinstall, caulk, etc.

Solution number two, stopped slamming the door, much quieter in the rig, in the campground and no more damage to those 2 remaining nibs.

Good luck, let us know if this was your problem, pretty sure it is, but these are RV's and always hold a surprise for us!

Carol has it absolutely correct. Turn it over, it is actually easy to do. Many of us have bought the stained glass window and installed it in the door.

Thanks to everyone for the replys. We never slam the door so I will blame it on the State Of Idaho for letting interstate 84 get so bad. It looks like a good time to buy a six pack of good beer and invite a few neighbors over. In this park the simple act of opening a tool box or raising the hood on a truck brings lots of help.

I like to hear about all of the support when opening the toolbox, but does anything get accomplished. when its hot out and the refreshments come out my projects go into the thinking mode, then to more thinking and finally to tomrrow.-))))
