moldy roof seals on '06 Montana 5th wheel

We have an '06 Montana 3075 RLF and all the roof seals around skylights, vents, stairs, front & back caps, tv antennae etc. appear moldy! Unit has traveled quite a bit and never been covered nor in storage (because it's always being used!). The rest of the roof looks great and in good condition! Have used nothing on roof except rubber roof treatment.
Anyone else run into this? If you have, what's the solution... I fear we are just past our one year Keystone manufacturers warrantee.

Is it mold or dirt? Some silicone attracts dirt and it looks like mold...try cleaning it with a soft brush and mild cleaner.

I have it on the hard plastice on the roof. The piece which connects teh front cap to the rubber roof. I have tried everything except a toothbrush and straight bleach. I don't know what it is about this stuff but its stubborn!
