Ours has a clip right there to take the TV in the bedroom and clip the arm on the basement wall.

Ours is prepped the same as DQDick's, we will eventually add a TV just haven't been using it enough to think about it

I mounted the TV on the opposite wall (front wall). Ran the wires along the rafters to the other side where the plugs are.

Ours also has mount and connections to move the BR TV to the storage bay but it is certainly not 39". We have never done so because we don't watch TV while outside but I'm sure it works ok.

David thanks for confirming that thought came to mind this morning to just run the wires across the top and mount the t.v. on the front wall. Mine has the clip there did not know the bedroom t.v. came off and would go out there. You learn something new every day. Thanks for the input.

Max size with plumbing condition is 32. Just did what you are doing. The 32 is mounted to rafters on a flip down bracket. Took out bdrm tv and ran cable from there. Power and cable are all mounted on board between rafters

Yes I installed my 42", with a ceiling mount. Flips up to store out of the way, and pulls down to watch. Got the mount from amazon for 30.00, and screwed it to the aluminum rails in the front compartment. Good luck

I wound up mounting it on the front wall ran the wires behind the frame work. Looks like a professional job. I got the bracket from monoprice it was 70 something bucks but it has a large range of movement.
