Black tank heating pad

I have a 2016 Montana 3721 and it came with grey, black, and fresh holding tank heating pads. Does anyone leave
these on all the time in cold weather or do you only turn them on when it drops below freezing. I'm in Missouri and lately it's been above freezing during the day and below freezing at night. I wasn't sure if they had a thermostat that regulated them or not.
Thanks for the info.

I live in B.C. Canada, 17° F right now. I wasn't aware there was a switch to turn them on and off. As far as I know they're thermostatically controlled, but I'm not certain.

In my control panel I have three blue switches that turn them on. Thanks for the reply though.

I'd turn them on for the next month or two and leave them on. It's probably just me, but that's the kind of thing I'd forget and then the really cold weather would show up.
