Curb-side Slide-Out water leak

We have a 2013 Montana Model: 3582RL that has a persistent water leak. First noticed leak in November 2014 while parked in Gold Canyon, AZ, (yes it does rain in AZ! LOL).

Found carpeting wet at rear wall area (where the wall meets the sidewall). After the rain stopped, I inspected the roof wiper seals, sealant and seals inside and outside and found no issues. Slide was fully out/extended and all seals are making proper contact.

Next time (Dec 2014), I found the carpet/floor wet again at the base of the slide-out rear wall (where the couch sits) under the rear-facing window. Suspected the window could be leaking, so I removed the window and found exterior paneling was wet and separating. Let the paneling dry-out and placed silicone sealant around the inside of the window opening (between the exterior paneling & steel window cut-out frame. (No sealant was there before)... thought it was fixed.

Received rain again (Jan 2015) and same area was wet again! Re-checked the seals, sealant, wiper seals, etc. Only place that was wet outside, was bottom rear corner where slide-out meets the side-wall. (if you lift-up the rubber flap seal, you can actually see thru the small opening into the living room! Thought that was strange, but slide-out seems to be properly extended...can't extend out any further.) The side wall(s) of the slide-out and side of rear wall are dry, and not other indication of water intrusion has been found.

Anyone else having similar leaks? This one has me puzzled...we are living here for the next 4 months (so I can't take it to the dealer for repairs)and hoping to not get any more rain...

Would welcome any advice on other things to check in hopes of identifying source of water intrusion/leak...

Chris-- Have you gone up on top and checked the seal up there for the rear cap? This could be where the leak is at and the water is working it's way down to that corner. If you have removed the window and replaced it with adequate sealant around it, you have eliminated that. I have also seen where the sealant between the upper and lower sections of outside coating has not been properly done and the leak can form there also. Also while up on the roof to check the seal on the back cap, check the seal around the gutter strip and the rubber roof. There has been some problems there also. We also have a 3285 and please let us know what you find out.

Call Keystone Service and report the problem so it is documented and they can file a report on it. They may have you take it to a local dealer or have an independent service tech look at it and see what they can find also, but definitely call Keystone Service and tell them what is going on to get it reported and on file!

Sure have. 4 trim piece on the outside bottom of the slide. Water leaks behind and then is held on the bottom and is wicked up. Has been a few post on this.

Yes, I have checked the edge sealant on the rear cap and along the rain gutter strip from rear edge to mid way up the roof line. Found no cracks, gaps or missing sealant... Have not reported it to Keystone yet, but will call them in the morning.

One of the first places I looked and found no issues with the sealant along the bottom edge... Ready to remove the trim just to have a better look under it though...
