3750FL Voltage Converter? Regulator?
Behind the coat cupboard of my 3750 but accessible by removing a wall panel in the storage area is a silver electrical box. I haven't spent a lot of time looking at it yet so I'm not sure what function it performs. The issue is that it's got a constant whine going on which is quite noticeable in the living room. Any thoughts as to how I can eliminate the whine? Thanks!

If you have a generator that is your automatic transfer switch.

There has been a recall on some of those. On our last coach, it was replaced 3 times under recall. I recommend you call Keystone Service and ask if yours is on the list. If it is, it is a fire hazard. It is a "transfer switch".

I do have a generator so I'll contact Keystone. Thanks for the heads-up. Should I be hearing the whine when the generator is not running?

The noise you hear is the coil in the transfer switch.

As Jim said it will be the coil in the transfer switch that is whining/humming.
This often happens in cheaper coils, the wire wound frame is usually built of many thin plates, this winding creates an electromagnet and in this application holds the electrical contacts open when shore AC is present. Because AC changes polarity 60 times a second it creates the vibration or humming sound.
The coil on my home furnace hums but not loud enough to bother anyone or even be noticeable unless the cover is off the furnace.
DC coils do not hum.
