Dometic Model 310

In about June Of 2011 I installed a Dometic High Rise Toilet model 310.Last week we noticed a leak in the area where the plastic base meets the ceramic base. On Friday I called Dometic they advised that the unit has a two year Warranty supplied the Model and Serial Diane at Dometic said that the unit was manufactured in April of 2011 I told her that the toilet rocked in the area where the Ceramic meets the plastic Base from day one. Diane said they would honor the Warranty would assemble unit and ship on Monday I would receive Tuesday or Wednesday. After hanging up I checked their plant is in Big Prairie Ohio South of Wooster Ohio about 2 1/2 Hour trip from where we are spending the Summer North of Pittsburgh
I called Diane back and asked if I could pick up replacement unit she put me on hold called the plant to see if they could assemble a unit for pickup.
She told me they would have a replacement ready for pickup and we needed to arrive before 4:30 closing time
We arrived at 3 PM unit was waiting a gentlemen carried and loaded for us. Install took about 30 min on Sat morning and every thing is now working well.
I just what to mention how accommodating Dometic was and I plan to call today and thank them.
