SLIDING SHOWER WAND ADJUSTMENT

Our sliding shower wand continues to slip down while a person is showering. Does anyone know how to find the adjustment screw to tighten the slider ?? Or if thats not possible, does anyone have a tried and true method of stopping the movement of the wand ??

I had the same problem. I made a shim from an empty Clorox bottle. Slipped it off the slider and put the shim in. It has been working for two years now.

There was a post recently about this, it involved flipping the rubber washer inside or something if I recall correctly. A forum search might be of use.

I was the poster on the email to the company. That post is in the "Additions and Improvements" forum and titled: Dura Faucet shower head.

The shim would work too, as would lots of other quick fix remedies that might give the shower handle a little more traction. Good luck and know that you are not alone in your frustration, but some would say that if that's our biggest problem, we are probably doing okay.
