Stereo

I am very displeased with the stereo in my RV. Sharp.

I get very poor reception for the radio even though I made sure the antenna was straighened out as far as it would go.

I have used a Sony Boombox in the RV and it gets great reception as well as the Truck radio.

What experences have other had and have you solved the reception problem?

Put a splitter from your coaxial cable to your stereo and turn on the booster of you tv antenna after it is up and you will get great reception.

What everyone's trying to say is the TV antenna is your radio antenna also so you need it extended and the TV power booster turned on and the tv antenna connection.

VanMan it does work with the TV antenna and a splitter very well. In fact, our 3400 came with a splitter aplready installed. I assume it is the key to allow the antenna to work.
