Pop-up USB outlet LED blinking ?

The green LED light on the pop-up USB/110V outlet next to the dining table is blinking. The USB outlets will not charge a device. The 110V outlets still work.

Does this mean the whole outlet needs to be replaced?
If it needs to be replaced - I found several similar plugs on Amazon for $30-$40, and then there are others for $70-$80 each. Trekwood lists a replacement (with two 110V outlets and two USB outlets) with a male wall plug for $75. Just curious which version is the correct replacement? or will any of them work as long as it is the correct diameter to fit the cut out hole?
