Shower Handle came off... water pouring out

Montana 3231 CK

Water comes out. Had to shut off water supply at pedestal. Is there a way to shut off the water only to the shower?

Anyone else with this problem? Did a search and couldn't find anything.

Thanks.

I don't believe so. Might have to get behind basement wall and install two valves in hot and cold lines

FYI…the handle in 2021 3231CK is a single handle like this…
My unit has two handles.
Just curious…is there an access panel in the cabinet behind the shower?

Think it will be easier to access the connections by removing the white pedestal that the faucet assy sits on. I was behind the shower recently in our 3231CK to better secure the shower bar and it was tight. I could see the cold water line going to the faucet but the connection would have been hard to get to.

Picture is of the middle cabinet, after cutting though the 1/8 ply with a multi-tool. Shower wall is to the right. Second picture is the cold water line and connection.

You plight reminded me of my intention to put a couple ball valves to isolate the washer connections in our front closet. We don’t have a washer but the faucet is there and I think it’s an accident (or curious grandkid) waiting to happen. I suppose adding valves for the shower would help too.

Also, here’s a picture of the plumbing behind the convenience center. No shutoff valves. You’d have to get pex fittings and crimping tool. Prob best to get behind the wall in the basement where the in-command panel is mounted, and find the lines going up to the shower.

Thanks everyone. I called Keystone right after I posted. They gave me two numbers to call near our location (we were at a Loves RV Hookup in Eutaw, Alabama. Called this place... https://countryroadsrv.com/
They had several replacement handle/ valves. It was a 45 minute drive in the direction we were going anyway.
One of the techs replaced it, took 20 minutes. $85 which I was happy to pay. Back on the road.

PS: watched a YouTube video https://youtu.be/Ip2ib58bnyU?si=yQO3KsTD4V8t9dNX
and could have easily done it myself but didn't want to take a chance that I would break something else, like the plastic elbows etc.
Very happy this evening after a hot shower.

I do wish there was a way to isolate each of the water users. I think Riverstone has that feature.

Thanks again everyone!
