Middle levelers not moving

We replaced our 2008 Montana 3400RL and just purchased a 2018 375FL High Country from a private seller. He pulled it to our stick house cordially left us and we set it up on our own. However although the front and rear automatic levelers did their job perfectly, the middle ones are staying the way it was dropped off, moving neither up nor down. I tried to interpret the manual and do the individual set up on the panel but I must be doing something wrong or something else is not turned on to operate them? All this is new to us.....other Montana had the front levelers all the other points were hand-cranked! Thanks for all your help....... old tech kramper, D

Recommend calling Lippert customer service. They are good at helping with advice on the phone.

A couple years ago, I watched a couple that was parking next to us attempt the set the SOB rig up with the Lippert 3.0 leveling system. They had the same problem, and after over an hour, finally got it working. The woman fortunately had the Lippert app on her phone and was able to go through the steps to reset the system. They had to reconnect the truck and lift all the jacks manually, and then start again from there. Not sure what additional steps they had to do, got did get it working.
