Diabetic Cheese Cake

2/3 cup cottage cheese
1/3 cup cold water
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 cup blueberries
1/3 cup hot water
1/3 cup powdered milk
3 pkgs. Equal or splenda
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 envelope unflavored gelatin


Soften gelatin in cold water, then add hot water. Blend until smooth. Add rest of ingredients and blend again until smooth. Stir in blueberries. Pour into dish of your choice. Chill until firm.
