Great trip with a great Montana

Hey All,

We are back finely. We just did almost 10,000 miles with our 3931fb. Trip was fantastic, and the trailer worked out great all so. We got home yesterday and today we are cleaning and doing some well needed up keep on the axles, brakes, all that good stuff.

We did see and camp by another 3931fb. All of the Montana folk's that we met along the way were very nice. I will tell you this there are a lot of Montana's on the road. Everyday we saw at least 2 Montana's on the road.

Trip was great but it is always nice to be home.

What states? Could you make the same run and see as many good things?

Charlie & Sofia, how long was your trip and what states did you go to. Sounds like a great trip you had.

I just bought a 2020 3931FB and took our maiden voyage to Apache Junction, AZ, all of 60 miles from home. The only issue I had was cooling. The outside temps were in the low 100's, set the thermostat for 78 and could only reach that in the bedroom. The living area never went below 81 during the day and only reached that when the sun went down. Did you manage to visit any hot climates on your trip and experience similar issues? I love the rig and many owners suggest a third AC unit...

We live just north of Phoenix, also have a 3931fb. We were up north a few weeks ago at camp verde a little cooler but not much same issue with the air conditioners but we toughed it out have thought about the third air but not sure if it is worth it reading all the other posts about the electrical load it takes

We have a 2014 3850FL and have the same issue. We use our pole fan from the house, just use the low setting, problem solved!👍🏻✌🏻️

Camp Verde would definitely match the conditions. Luckily, the AC issue goes away in a couple of months with cooler temps and we'll have some time to think about solutions... :-)

I had the privilege of authoring the review of the 3931FB for Trailer Life (December 2019 issue). Thoroughly enjoyed our time aboard the unit. That front bath is something.

We just took delivery of our brand new 2020 3931FB and are completely amazed at the layout and great storage. Will be going on a 4 day trip mid October. Really looking forward to it.
