What do these circuit breakers do

Trailer is a 2021 montana high country 385BR (with residential fridg.)

I want to be able to disable my auto leveling system making it impossible to
steal the trailer . I do not want to remove the plug behind the display unit as that jack is not meant for constant use.

so if i figure what circuit breaker is used for that ; i could utilize a hidden switch

can anyone identify the breakers in the photo

Thoes are the Circuit breakers for your slides, Your jacks and probable your inverter. they are powered even if the battery cut off in in the off position.

Keystone has a standardized wiring color code system.
https://www.keystonerv.com/search-re...olt+dc+wiring+

I believe grey is the 12vdc hydraulic system.

The High Country probably has the electric 3.0 level system.

sorry for the off topic, but on our HC electric levers were so hit and miss working I think it would frustrate the thieves.

hate to break it to you..but you are only guessing ..the inverter is direct connect to the battery and shown in my photo with arrow pointing to the breaker/fuse .

the 4 circuit breakers have different thickness wires so maybe one breaker might be slides..or levelers .

i believe #1 is for solar as there is a loose black wire in that pair not connected..(believe that is for future)....what i don't know is ACTUAL numbers 2,3 and 4

I am no electrician - but I don’t understand the abundance of red wires - red wires going to a pole and red wires leaving from a pole to go to another pole with red wires. Must be red wire mating season!

I do see a purple wire on #3 and keystone wiring standards say that is 12 vdc electric slideout power. I am puzzled by the wire that looks gray on #3 because there are no wires listed in the standards as gray. Maybe that is a black wire but appears gray due to pic flash, and a black wire would be 12 vdc negative conductor return. If the gray wire is actually a blue wire it could be electric brakes...not sure that makes sense for this location.

It looks like an orange wire on #4 which would be a 12 vdc positive conductor...but no idea what it powers. If the orange wire is actually brown it would be right stop and turn...not sure that makes sense here.

Now this is just a guess about the hydraulic system, if a thief was to cut one of the hydraulic lines in the lift system wouldn't the whole system depressurize and all the jacks retract?

If storing for winter, remove the batteries

You could disable the slides too. He's not going far with them out.

They make locks to put over your hitch pin.

A heavy log chain thru the wheels with a good padlock.

Why not put a Fort Knox lock on it? I personally use one and a club tire claw lock. The tire lock does double duty between RV and UTV.

I just put in a master cut-off switch right next to the batteries. It’s hidden in the front (generator) compartment. It shuts everything off, unlike the one in the utility station.

I don't want tire locks or pin locks ..everyone knows a bolt cutter will work wonders.

If i raise the trailer or just level it and stop the jacks from working by putting in a hidden battery cutoff on ONLY the leveling system....no matter what is done the trailer wont be able to connect to a vehicle.

unless someone spends an hour working each one of 6 jacks by drill..noisy and obvious

I agree with McRod, I have a pin lock on mine. If someone wants to take your camper it really doesn’t matter what you do but a good pin lock will discourage them.

Yea..but kids fooling around can jam locks with tooth picks or silicon sealer and your stuck until someone comes along with a grinder.

and that goes for a neighbor who you complained was noisy after 10pm

They are not going to take that Fort Knox lock without a torch. Your RV is not worth that. Kids can come flatten your tires and you have the same problem. Can't prevent everything. Just use common sense and insure the rest.

This thread sure took a right turn. Though not unusual.

I am still curious if you have found out what each breaker is connected to. Yours is the first I have seen with 4 auto reset breakers.

the heavy red wire on breaker #3 is for the auto level...the easy SECRET disconnect is to remove the black negative wire off the frame to the right of the batteries .

(frame Contains 3 wires 2-white and 1-black ).

i will never use any form of a lock on the pin that can jam or be jammed when i'm 900 miles from home ....too much of a risk

Mine always has a pin lock while in storage. But never on the road.
