Heads Up! Step Above Hand Rail Accessory

I guess I should have checked the forum before purchasing. Heads up, at least to owners of the 294/295RL. The Step Above Hand Rail Accessory for the Step Above RV Steps, does NOT fold up and fit inside the trailer with the steps...misses by about 2 inches and hits the coffee hutch counter. Not sure if or what other models might have this problem. I thought the hallway size and clearance was pretty standard in an 8' wide 5th wheel. Anyway, save yourself the trouble and get the Stromberg Carlson Extended Lend-a-Hand Rail instead!

The rail does not fit in my unit either. It hits the “coffee bar” cabinet. I suppose this would be true for similar models from various years...
