Galley tank drain handle disconnected

Last weekend I went to drain the galley tank on our 2955 and found the T-handle dangling loose. I'm looking forward to dropping the underbelly to see what has happened........NOT. I'm hoping it simply got disconnected from the valve somehow. Since I'm still a working stiff I probably won't get to it until this coming weekend.

Pete, Mine did that while at the Northeast Rally. I was able to get it screwed back on without dropping the underbelly. This will happen on all of them. Each time you hook up make sure you turn the metal stem to the right to make sure they are not getting loose. The fix is to drop the underbelly on that side and add a jam nut on the shaft of the valve.
