Leaving the Rally to the west.........

For those that are going west after the rally........

At the campground exit, Go left on Rte.116 and follow that straight through Fairfield (small town) to the stop sign just outside of town about 2 miles..............Turn right at this stop sign , this is Rte. 16 ...........this will take you up over Blue Ridge Summit (not too steep, or long) ........I take this Mt. at about 55mph with my rig........stay straight on Rte. 16 through Waynesboro.......then a few more miles to I-81 ............go under I-81 and turn left onto I-81 South............approx. 10 miles to I-70.........Pay attention upon exiting I-81 as both east and west I-70 are the same exit and then they split in two with the right lane (I think , just watch the signs) heading west.........from there , follow I-70 to Hancock , MD. , this is where you catch I-68 West.
