Auto level and slides won't work

Left rig in FL for 6 weeks after turning power back on auto level won't work it just makes racthity noise. Same for slides trying to go in and out. I forgot to turn the battery disconnect off and may have had battery drain but my sensor shows full charge. I have 2 batteries in series. All LED lights in rig work fine. Any ideas out there? The front legs worked at first to raise rig back up when we got back but not now.

My guess is your batteries completely discharged over your 6 week absents. Your sensor is reading the voltage from your converter. Give the converter a chance and it may recharge your batteries. If your needs are immediate you may be able to get the slides open by hooking an external charger to your batteries or jumping the 5'er batteries off your truck. It will take jumper cables. Just hooking to your seven pin won't cut it.

The sound you are hearing is your dual polarity solenoid mounted on the hyd pump motor... it is chattering because there is NOT enough amperage available to draw in the solenoid and power the motor

The LED battery power indicator on your inside panel is telling you you have full charge BUT that only means the converter is now powering the DC system and trying to charge to DEAD batteries...

Id be getting new battery.. or you can try and charge the dead one and then you will find your slides and levelers will work just fine

its just like a car with a dead battery and you turn the key and you hear a chattering noise.. or just a click... starter solenoid

No matter what you do, short of disconnecting the batteries, six weeks will kill them. Stuff like the propane detectors and control pannels will kill them pretty quick.

I'm not sure it will kill them. Discharge is probably a better word. Don't throw them out until you try charging them. Never a good idea to drain them to zero. Common consensus on this forum is to avoid a complete discharge of batteries. When I forgot to unhook my negative battery cable after 8 weeks in storage the battery was completely dead. It did however take a charge and lasted me three more years.
