No Furnace Option on Thermostat

2020 3761FL. On our walkthrough I swear I remember the salesman turned heat on and it came thru floor vents. On the road now, only heat I get is thru AC unit. Do I have a propane furnace? How to turn it on? HELP!! Legacy Edition 4 Seasons Living

Scroll thru the stat and you should see a/c, furnace, or heat pump. Turn it on and see what happens.

You want to use the "Furnace" option on the thermostat.

I show Fan, Cool, Heat. No furnace. I can't imagine the only heat option is thru AC unit or fireplace.

I moved this whole set of Posts to a new Thread as it really has little to do with the Thread where it was. Hopefully one of out furnace/thermostat experts will see this and help out.

How many thermostats do you have? If like mine I have 2. One has the heat pump and one does not. The one with the heat pump (main one) also controls the furnace (heat). The other shows heat, and you can select it, but it won't heat. Look at the main one closely and see if it doesn't show 2 heat functions in tiny letters (I have to take a flashlight to read mine). Choose the one that only says heat, set the temp up and see if the furnace doesn't come on. What kind (brand) of thermostats do you have?

Edit: Upon looking at the virtual walk thru on the Keystone website and reading the descriptions of the features it appears you have the heat pump on the main (living room) unit and not in the bedroom. It also appears the thermostats are the capacitive touch (sorry) type. Look at that living room stat closely, I think you'll find the "heat" function there in tiny letters.

I figured it out. All I had to do is change the source from electric to gas.

Scroll thru the thermostat control to see the 3 different operating modes......fan, heat pump (for heat or air conditioning depending on the temperature setting, I recall from our last trip) and LPG furnace.

We have the same camper and an InCommand system; there is no heat pump option. We did seem to have it work on electric and then when under 40 degrees it used the gas. Our issue is we have no air coming out of vents in rear of camper and it got very chilly in there. Any ideas on how to fix this, or to redirect the air flow? The 1/2 bath is roasting.

If it's the floor vents then you need to take the wall out (a few screws) in the basement and look toward the furnace. The odds are that several duct runs have come loose at the plenum.
