Yes, it happen to me today. I don't know if I put the umbilical cord in back-wards but the wire harness from the pin box into the the camper melted the insualtion on the wiring. It could possibly be that I did put it in upside down or there is an open ground somewhere. Will be calling to have it towed and repaired.
