Bed slider

I have a 22 3871RL I keep reading about beds tearing up the floor due to rollers failing and the box sitting on the floor. I checked my rollers under the bed and one side was sitting on the floor. Disassembled the bed to get to the rollers. Found the back side roller was installed to far to the center of the bed were the bed frame fell off the edge. I took the screws out of the roller and moved it so the bed frame was running on it. Bed slide moves smooth now. Easy fix.

Yep a common problem. Good thing you found it early.
