Carroll - at some point (not sure what year model) they went from 120V ceiling fans to 12V fans. The fan in my 2018 is 120V. It is on my list to replace the OEM fan with one that produces better air flow.
You should include the year and model of your unit in every post in order to get the best answers...or put that information in your signature like I did - and then the info will appear automatically with each post.
