I had an older Wilderness Adventure , roof had leaks so I bought a new rubber membrane on Amazone. Replaced the entire roof in a weekend. Leaks solved and not that difficult to do the work. Hardest part was removing the A.C. units. Basicly remove old, repair any damages wood, layout the new membrane, pull half back, apply adhesive, smooth out first half, pull back second half and repeat. It really was not that hard.

Had air coming through the hitch. Was at the national rally and keystone sealed the hitch with that expanding foam from a can but would not cover reglue and reseal of roof. Took it to Affinity RV in Goshen and they do fantastic work. No more roof problems.

**another update**

CW came to my house to look at the problem. Kudos to CW for coming to my house ! The technician stated that he thinks it’s a manufacturer defect from installation. Recommends a new roof and that keystone should cover it. The service rep said yeah they should cover it but they won’t. I would need to fight to get it covered. I was also told staples are pushing up through the roof, again from construction. Hopefully in a about 7-10 days I get an answer....

Going to the local CW, then up for sale. Believe it or not the local CW near me is just a service center not sales and they do try to do good work.

Thanks for this post. Restores my feeling for Keystone. Was hard to believe it wasn't going to be taken care of.

Cleaned everything out except the basement. Did a crap ton of caulking, cleaning. Once the roof is replaced I’ll be putting it up for sale. Already have an order on SOB just waiting until this one gets sorted out so I don’t have 2 payments. I’m not in a hurry to unload so I’m going to try to sell myself with delivery pretty much anywhere... but I haven’t figured any of that out yet.

We need to have a class action suit to put them OUT of Business!! NO EXCUSE FOR THIS>>> when one sells a product such as this, it is called NON PERFOMANCE>.. Meaning the product is intended to be used as advertised and cannot be...

Problem is the warranty periods on these is bare minimum. Most people are weekend warriors and take it out several times a year for long weekends most of the problems would never be found. Such as out of alignment axles, rapid tire wear. I think Jayco has 2/3 year warranty better than just 1. My wife is pretty fed up too. Everything we had to fix and pay for it all adds up. Thank god keystone is going to cover the roof !! That’s a lot !! Been looking around other forums and the SOB we’re looking at the issues seem minor, well in comparison to what I have had. First 6 mo this of ownership it was in the repair shop...ugh.

Im sorry for being so upset..It don't stop... I have been working on it for 2 weeks.. wrench fell, gave me a black eye, another fell and gouged my forehead, today I was pushing with all my might on the rails that hold the tank, well it broke loose and my finger nails have blood under them and they hurt bad, at the same time I put a 6 inch cut in my arm so if I was dodging water coming out of the tank I was dodging blood... Glad to hear about your roof..Congrats on that... Be safe and take care...It's a Wonderfull scary world out there...

**Update**

Overjoyed and heartbroken at the same time.

So Keystone replaced the roof looks good, CW installed the Winegard 2.0 sideways... not sure what im going to do about that yet... so thats the overjoyed part....

The heartbroken part is when I picked it up I went inside and in the front where the tub is the solid surface was all messed up, I do have pictures on my phone not on my computer. The tub I was able to lift the rear up not to far due to the plumbing. The stone was coming off the walls the shelf below the from window was at about 35 degree angle. I couldn't move anything. Had them look at it and of course they are all booked up. I drove home and parked it opened the unit up and it was all fine, just needed to be re-caulked. The stone is back against the wall and I cant move it. The tub is sitting back down and I cant move it... What the heck just happened.....?

When I picked up the unit it was on a slope leaning down and to the right one of the front legs all the way down the the left up a few inches. Could that have been the issue, the flex of the frame pooped out the tub....? Im confused, does anyone have any thoughts?

Thank you

Tony
