Utah National Parks in May

Hi all, we have reservations for Grand Canyon Village on the south rim for 3 days, followed by J&J RV in Kanab for a week. Then we are going to Gouldings in Monument Valley for 5 days, followed by Portal RV in Moab for a week. Then on to Salt Lake City for a week. We are thinking Zion, Bryce Canyon, Escalante and Grand Canyon North Rim from Kanab. Arches and Canyonland from Moab.

We would like any advice on if this is a good pattern to see the National parks and monuments, roads capable, or not capable, of handling the 41 foot Monty, and if our choice of RV parks is good. We would also like to know of any great side trips to take in the tow vehicle and best way to see the National parks. Your input is appreciated.
