water leak behind refrig on 06 3400RL

Brand new unit, ready to travel. Discovered major leak behind refrig slideout while looking for more storage room. Did not check to see if coming from shower area. We have awnings on all slides. The leak is traveling to the stove area on the inside of the slideout in the carpeted area. We thought it might be a leak from the refrigerator drain. Looks and smells serious. Not complaining, just looking for a suggestion. Thanks for everyone of you that takes the time to answer and offer suggestions for all of us first -timers.

You first sentence says it all. "Brand new unit." I would say back to the dealer immediately. Good luck and let us know what you find.

What do you mean by "it looks and smells serious" What kind on a nasty smell is it.I assume that you mean you removed the panel under the fridge to discover the leak..Is it a rotten food smell?..does it smell like ammonia???

TAKE IT BACK TO THE DEALER!
DON'T TRY TO FIX IT YOURSELF!
You have 1 year to have them get all the bugs out of your unit.
