We lost ours completely on our 2015, you can fix yours very easy... Remove the rubber on the horizontal trim, there are some screws under the rubber seal. Back them out a bit then slide the skirting back into place. Once it is in place tighten up the screws and have someone hold it in place. It is held in place below (under the trailer) by a series of screws that are fastened through the skirting into the frame by self tapping screws. I suspect (no guarantee) that the skirting was moving and has worn holes in the aluminum larger than the screw heads allowing it to fall which then pulled it all out of place. Why they don't put big washers on the screws when they attach it at the factory is beyond me as it is a necessity with this design. I used self tapping metal screws with metal washer & rubber washer to attach the new skirting back on and added them to all the other skirting as they will eventually fall off as well. Good luck.... BTW you caught it in time, it cost me about $700 Canadian to have the new skirting bought & sent to Ontario as the shipping crate required is heavy and big. Hope this helps ..........
