Basement Door Leak
Still another problem, minor but a pain.
The basement door on the driver side, leaks somewhere. When it does, the nastiest rust colored water comes out of the bottom weep holes and then runs down the outside of the trailer.
I have taken the door off and sealed all around the trim, caulked the latches and looked very carefully for anyplace it could leak, none found.
The door is pretty simple with an aluminum frame and a styrofoam center, covered by fiberglass. Not very exotic but I would hate to have a boat made this way.
