2015 F350 headlight issue
HI! When towing (actually only moving my 5'er around my driveway) for the first time since I bought the truck (2015 F350 SRW XLT FX4 4 door), after backing the RV into place, I noticed the truck's headlights were out. They were on when I started playing around, but they were off when I was finished. Couldn't get them back for love nor money. Parking lights, fog lights, etc were all working as they should.
I disconnected the trailer wiring and restarted the truck and it didn't help. When I unhitched the RV and pulled the truck out from under it they came back on. I had checked fuses, etc etc and found it was all good. Could the weight load of the RV pinched a wire somewhere that affected only the headlights? Doesn't sound logical to me, but there ya have it. Anybody else have ghosts like this?
