US Diesel Chips

Has anyone used these chips. They say more HP, mileage, torque and lower exhaust temp.

I've never heard of them (and been doing diesel performance for quite a while)

There are a bunch of reputable companies that make a chip for your truck:

Edge, Quadzilla, Mads (Smarty), Bully Dog, Banks (I don't recommend the last two)

However, if you turn up the power, they do that by modifying the fuel injection timing and duration, it will increase exhaust temps (increased timing can yeild better mileage to a point) but you will need gauges to keep an eye on your exhaust temps and transmission temps

That was what I was thinking. I hadn't looked into chips for a few years and was surprised to see that the engine runs cooler with added HP.
