A couple years ago, On one of my recliner chairs, the actuator died. I called Lippert (Thomas Payne) directly and they sent me a new one. Of course, I had to pay for it. It was slightly different and I had to make a minor adjustment to make it work (get parts off the old one), but it's worked beautiful ever since.
Call Lippert directly. That's your best option for getting the right part:
