Hi. Brand new 5th wheelers bought 2018 Montana. Totally enjoying. We need new led lights in awning. Where do you suggest purchase. I need 17 feet. Thanks .

Thank you. The awing led strip needs replaced. Amazon does not have length I need. Do people by generic brands? Best to stay with recommended brand. Thanks

Welcome aboard! Most of the LED strips on Amazon can be cut to length.

I found several on Amazon that are 16.4 feet. Seems like that could work for a direct replacement.

Welcome aboard this forum, you will find it very useful. Again as others have already stated Amazon best bet and they can be cut to length you require. We use them all around the rig on the underside, helps keep little critters away at night!! Again welcome and be safe out there!!

Thank you everyone has been so helpful. Yes I did find many. The led strip that's is under awing not working. So your feelings are that a 16ft from Amazon will work fine ?. I have really appreciated this .

I think any 12 volt strip would work. It's basically just 2 wires. Just make sure that positive and negative are correctly wired. A few inches shorter isn't going to hurt anything.

Are you sure the strip is bad? I have had issues with the switch in my 2018 High Country.

You can but the strips up to 30’ long on Amazon. That is what I have done for several projects. Just make sure you connect the plus to the plus. Not easy to figure out which is which. I just clip the wires together to see if they work before soldering.
