Tesla may one day power our RVs?

First I don't own stock in the Company (probably should), but Tesla is doing what others have been wanting to do, but big oil stopped them. I just heard a lecture on the newest home unit called a PowerWall. It's just coming on the market. Tax incentives are not known, and admittedly it's expensive. That said the battery's and hardware will be built in Fremont Ca and the new facility in NV. The lecture discussed future units for RVs. Unless derailed by outside forces, Tesla may bring the future to our homes. We are considering a New Tesla Car for our little fleet. I drove one and can't get it out of my system. It's a marvel of engineering and ahead of its time. Yes I read about problems, but I owned a "Radar Range" and look where microwaves are today. Here is some info below, let's get a conversation started.

Several years ago there was a startup called Firefly (Peoria, IL). The batteries it was developing were going to "change everything". Local governments got excited and guaranteed loans for several million. It wasn't long before they went the Chapter 7 route.

Don't sign me up just yet. I remember my buddy bragging about buying one of the first 40" plus LCD TV's years ago for over $3,000. You could have bought one last week for under $300. I would hope that we see renewable cheaper energy in our lifetime, but it may not be for another 20 years or more IMHO.

Toyota is supposed to begin selling Hydrogen cars by next year on the coasts. One of the reasons we bought a 5th wheel is so we can change powering technology without changing the unit. Someday things will be different, it's just a matter of when.

Battery cost is coming down. I think it's about half of what it was a few years ago and is expected to drop more in the next few years. I just read an article on pollution. Electric plug in cars actually pollute more than their equivalent gas models. I will take Tesla's 2.8 zero to 60 time. Nice!!
